Each parcel from Hoodoo Hollow is crafted with care, charged with intention, and sent off on a journey from the heart of Drumheller, Alberta. Below you’ll find the enchanted details of how your treasures make their way to you.
🌎 Where Our Magic Travels
We ship far and wide—across Canada and beyond, to kindred spirits around the world. If you dwell nearby, you may choose local pickup to collect your goods from our sacred space in Drumheller. (At this time, we do not offer local delivery by broomstick or otherwise.)
🕰️ Spellcasting & Handling Time
Each order is handcrafted and wrapped in intention. Please allow 1–2 weeks for us to gather, bless, and package your items before they begin their journey.
🐦 Carriers of the Craft
Our parcels travel via Canada Post, FedEx, or UPS, depending on the winds and the weight. All shipments are sent using standard delivery—no express spells available yet.
⚖️ Shipping Costs & Delivery
Shipping is calculated by weight and location at checkout. Delivery times vary by realm (and by courier), so while we can conjure an estimate, we cannot enchant exact arrival dates—especially for international paths. Please allow extra time for deliveries during the solstice and seasonal shifts.
🔮 Tracking Your Parcel
Each enchanted package comes with a tracking number, sent to your inbox when the item sets off on its journey.
🏔️ Local Pickup in Drumheller
If you are near our hearth, you are welcome to collect your order in person. Choose “local pickup” at checkout, and we’ll contact you when your items are ready for retrieval.
🧂 Fragile Offerings
We pack delicate and breakable items with care, shielding them in protective wrappings and soft blessings to ensure they reach you whole.
🕯️ Lost or Damaged Shipments
Though we send each item off with love and protection, once it leaves our hands, it is in the care of the carrier. If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll assist you in casting a claim with the courier and offer guidance through the process.
🧾 Customs & Duties
For those beyond Canadian borders: customs, import taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the buyer. These are not included in your order and may be due when your parcel arrives at your door.
