🔮 Refund & Exchange Policy🔮

Each item we offer is crafted with care, intention, and sacred energy. As such, all sales are considered part of a magical exchange—final and binding. That said, we understand that the fates occasionally fumble a parcel, and in those rare cases, we will make it right.

❌ No Refunds

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method under any circumstances. However, we do offer in-store credit via gift card!

♻️ Exchanges

Exchanges may be granted only if:

  • The item was ordered in error (e.g. wrong product), and

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in mint condition.

Exchanges are offered in-store or via email. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

🧿 Replacements for Catastrophic Failures

(Manufacturing Defects Only)

We stand behind the quality of our handmade and curated goods. If your item arrives with a catastrophic failure due to a manufacturing defect—something that renders it unusable right away through no fault of the customer—we will gladly offer a free replacement.

Examples include:

  • A cracked vessel that couldn’t have broken in transit

  • A dropper cap that doesn’t seal or function properly

  • A leaking bottle that failed due to a faulty seal

  • An item structurally flawed from the moment it left our hands

🛑 We do not replace items damaged during shipping, as these are considered the responsibility of the courier once the parcel leaves our shop. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for carrier-related concerns.

 

❗ Spell kits or spiritual results are not guaranteed—mystical outcomes are between you and the universe.

📸 How to Request a Replacement

To qualify for a replacement:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item (delivery or in-person purchase).

  2. Provide your order number or receipt.

  3. Include clear photos and a video of the damage.

  4. Return the damaged item (we will cover return shipping in qualifying cases).

 

Requests may be initiated:

 

Approved replacements will be issued as the same item re-sent.

✨ Return Shipping

If your item qualifies for a catastrophic failure replacement, we cover the return shipping cost. If you are making an exchange, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees.

🔒 Final Sale Items

All items are considered final sale, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Opened or used goods

  • Custom or handmade pieces (unless defective upon arrival)
